Sample Scheduling and Listen to Your Machines
Smart Trac Ultra was engineered for reliability teams. You can schedule high resolution samples for in-depth analysis and hear and interpret the condition of your machines through sound.
RPM Encoder™
Smart Trac Ultra is the condition monitoring sensor for variable RPM machines. The sensor accurately analyzes assets through a unique algorithm that identifies rotation between 1 and 48,000 RPM in real time based only on the vibration data sampled from the machine.
Thermistor for Temperature Monitoring
To accurately monitor temperature, but still keep it non-invasive, the Smart Trac Ultra has a thermistor integrated into the base, which allows it to get as close as possible to the machine's housing.
The CNC-machined base to withstand vibrations up to 16 g in acceleration, which ensures more reliable and robust sensor installation.
Temperature Seasonality
With Smart Trac Ultra, you’re able to monitor machine temperature starting at -40ºF to 230ºF. Our temperature thresholds also adapt with the seasons, our algorithm keeps up with these changes by scanning your ZIP code to track environmental conditions and ensure spot on temperature insights.

915 MHz Proprietary Communication Protocol and Smart Receiver Ultra
The Smart Receiver Ultra is able to communicate with up to 100 sensors within 330 ft in obstacle-filled environments, or up to 3,300 ft in an open field. The Receiver is also IP69K and features antenna diversity for increased data reliability.
Certification for Hazardous Locations
The Smart Trac Ultra is also certified for Hazardous Locations, complying with ATEX and IECEx, NFPA 70 CL1, CL2, and CL3 (All Division I).

Autocomplete database with over 70,000 types of bearing models for automatic parameter calculations like BPFI, BPFO, and BSF.
AI-Assisted Procedures and Asset GPT
