More Qualified Reviewers in the Process
The flexibility of the Reviewer role has been expanded, allowing any platform user to be assigned as a Reviewer, removing restrictions from previous permission settings.
You can now designate specific users to act as Reviewers at different levels of the review flow, whether in an Ordered (sequential) or Unordered (parallel) process.
For instance, the Level 1 Reviewer could be the Work Order Requester themselves. Tasks can also be reviewed by up to 10 users, enhancing quality control, reducing rework, and preventing approval errors.
Complete Visibility of your Work Orders' Statuses
PCM managers now have improved visibility over Work Order statuses through new Review filters. These tools make it simple to track pending reviews, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint who is responsible, accelerating task resolution.
Our updated notification system enhances communication by sending alerts at two key points:
- When a Work Order is forwarded for review.
- When it is approved or rejected at the current review level.
These updates ensure that all stakeholders remain informed about the progress of reviews, enabling swift action to keep Work Orders moving through the workflow.
