Custom review workflow levels

Now, the platform offers customization of Work Order review flows. This functionality allows for the creation of custom processes, clear definition of criteria for a Work Order rejection, and absolute control over the approval flow of activities performed by your team. This innovation ensures more flexibility in maintenance management, allowing you to optimize review and approval processes.

 

More Qualified Reviewers in the Process

A significant change is the flexibility of the Reviewer role, allowing any user within the platform to be assigned to this function, which was not possible due to previously more restrictive and less customizable permissions. 
 

To implement this new dynamic, define your process as Ordered or Unordered, and specify the users who will act as reviewers at each stage of the process. For example, at Level 1, the first reviewer could be the Work Order (WO) Requester themselves.

The introduction of this new functionality also allows for better quality control of services provided by the maintenance team. Now, a single activity can be reviewed by up to 10 selected users, ensuring even more precision and efficiency and avoiding rework and erroneous approvals.
 

New Filters and Notifications

Now, the PCM benefits from complete visibility over the status of Work Orders, thanks to the newly implemented Review filters. This facilitates understanding of which responsible parties still need to evaluate pending activities, speeding up the identification of potential bottlenecks in the process.

This improvement in process management is complemented by the implementation of an enhanced notification system, which operates at two moments: the first occurs when a Work Order is forwarded for review, and the second when it is approved or rejected at the current review level. These notifications ensure that all parties involved are constantly updated on the progress of reviews, promoting efficient communication and facilitating the rapid undertaking of necessary actions for the advancement of Work Orders within the established workflow.
